A 2x8 Transformer Based Line Splitter.
Split the cores of two matching transformers 8 ways!
Through our testing process, we decided on a pair of matching Edcor WSM 600/600 transformers. These under-rated workhorses reacted in a way where the mods were more bold and saturated while the highs were rolled and balanced. Bass frequencies were also more pronounced and bolder.
This character made them ideal for controlling the artifacts that often plague splitters, such as high end noise and bass roll off.
